I'm able to render the file on windows with the trunk and with 2.0.4. Your file does not have shadings like PDFBOX-3562 so it can't be the same problem.
Does it happen with any file in docker? Is it possible to get a stack trace to see what it is doing? Does it happen with the first page or with another?
