correct the description of sql gateway configuration:
1.sql-gateway.session.idle-timeout 、sql-gateway.session.check-interval description in SqlGatewayServiceConfigOptions
2.GetSessionConfigHeaders and TriggerSessionHeartbeatHeaders class description

when setting sql-gateway.session.idle-timeout to negative value,SqlGateway will throw NumberFormatException,beacause the TimeUtils.pasDuration method doesn't support the ne negative value,so we should remove the 'or negative value' description
