Remove 2 Github action we added: labeller & first-interaction once the following bugs are resolved:
https://github.com/actions/labeler/issues/12
https://github.com/actions/first-interaction/issues/10
There is a workaround - https://github.com/paulfantom/periodic-labeler but I don't want to use it until it is resolved in the main repo
