Modifications History on Population Environment

To whom it may concern, 

Just a quick question -- is it possible for the Admin to see any 
modifications made on the source code or any documents on Subversion at 
the Population Environment? 
I have used Subversion together with SmartSVN and the admin was my 
professor so I do not know off hand of the admin access and priviledges. 

Please advise.   Thank you very much.
