[Issue 68212] No AutoCaption when inserting a graphic with drag & drop

I tested it with:
AOO414m1(Build:9784)  -  Rev. 1781705
2017-02-25_12:44:26 - Rev. 1784375

Bug still exists as described, but I found another behavior:
AutoCaption works inserting a graphic from the gallery with drag&drop but not
when you use the context menu (copy/link) of the graphic.

OS: Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
