When running createmobilespec module over windows dev environment, it stops when runs the grunt task over cordova-js repository.

Updating js for platforms...
'C:\Users\Administrator\mobilespec_tests\cordova-mobile-spec\createmobilespec
\node_modules\grunt-cli\bin\grunt' is not recognized as an internal or external
command,
operable program or batch file.
