    Description: Currently {{SQLGetInfo}} returns {{SLQ_NO_DATA}} if called on NULL data. According to specification, it should return {{SQL_SUCCESS}} in this case.  (was: Currently {{SQLGetData}} returns {{SLQ_NO_DATA}} if called on NULL data. According to specification, it should return {{SQL_SUCCESS}} in this case.)
