stack resolved HBASE-2888.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

As per [~otis@apache.org] suggestion.  Metrics have been revamped and edited radically since this was filed (metrics2) and at least some of this issue was addressed by the refactor. Lets open specific issues to deal
