[m2] are optional dependencies implemented?
I have a POM that declares some optional dependencies, like this:
<dependency>
<groupId>xerces</groupId>
<artifactId>xerces</artifactId>
<version>2.0.2</version>
<optional/>
</dependency>
These are getting included as a transitive dependency. Am I doing
something wrong or is <optional/> unimplemented?
