JDBC Type 4 Character Set Support

Hi,

I'm working on a JDBC Type 4 guide based on previous materials. What's the
support for character-set mapping? Do we support the following:


   - ISO88591:ISO88591_1
   - KANJI:SJIS
   - KSC5601:EUR_CR
