Patch. MiniSolrCloudCluster checks to see if SSL is enabled, and if so it writes a clusterprops.json payload to ZK.

> Just tripped this on SOLR-4044. If you start MiniSolrCloudCluster up with SSL enabled in its JettyConfig, the cloud client won't work because it will try and communicate via http, rather than https.
