Added --external-table-dir option, its presence will cause external table to be created.
--external-table-dir - external table HDFS location

Patch updated for latest trunk codebase.

Added --as-external-table option when using --hive-import option, --target-dir option and --table-location option.

--as-external-table - makes the destination table external table
--table-location - external table HDFS location
