The installation will not build as described in the documentation. This is
critical for those needing ssl since no binary with ssl is available.

The documentation errors described in bug 12885 apply to 2.2 as well.

In addition, "Using Apache with Microsoft Windows" for 2.2 refers to itself as 2.0.

It seems as of 2.2.4 the issues are fixed. If you feel this is still an issue,
please re-open the bug.
