There is no sign-in or registration functionality to install or use Apache
OpenOffice (AOO). Therefore I doubt that you are using the original AOO.

Please make sure that you have downloaded from AOO here [1]. If not, the
software is not from us and of course we cannot help you. Please ask then the
software author.
