### Motivation
Kinesis connector depends on `pulsar-functions-instance` which is an internal API.
It uses it for access to the `EncryptionContext` field of the message.
Now the client api exposes it, so it is not needed.
### Modifications
* Remove the dependency and replace the usage with the public API
- [x] `no-need-doc`
