one true tab width

It just occured to me that our Template file for cvs commits shows a
belief in the One True Tab Width of 8.  Each of the template lines has
enough tabs after it to line things up. 

;)

There must be other closet tab junkies here.

tabs don't have a width, you're describing the One True Tab->Space

If I want double line spacing I can have that too!
