{color:#222222} [{color}[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/].]{color:#222222}..{color}
{color:#222222} to{color}
{color:#222222} [{color}[https://www.apache.org/dist/].]{color:#222222}..{color}

{color:#222222}Also the download page should use https (SSL) to link to the KEYS file:
