Giraph Build Hadoop 2.5.1, Giraph 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT

Greetings,
     I have been trying different things to get a working giraph install.
The most recent attempt is the following:
 I installed oracle java jdk 1.8.0 and maven 3.2.3 the installed hadoop
2.5.1. The hadoop install works. I then cloned the giraph repository from
https://github.com/apache/giraph.git <https://github.com/apache/giraph> and
tried to use

mvn package -Phadoop_yarn -Dhadoop.version=2.5.1 -DskipTests clean install

But i get the following:

I did see an email mentioning a modification to pom.xml regarding adding a
<mungedDirectory> but that didn't seem to help.
