CellType will be set to BLANK if the value is not contained in cell.

I cannot take CellType set up when CellType was set as empty cell (String,
Numeric, etc.) and CellType of the cell was taken. (CellType will be set to BLANK)

Set-up CellType can be taken if CellType of cell containing the value.
