   Would like to build mxnet v1.6.x for raspberry pi 4 ubuntu (arm64), fails with the same error.
   Is NNPACK still supported? There are other unresolved issues with this package in the issue ticker...
   
   Also cross compiling with docker fails... but I have to modify the build commands, to get it working until it fails at compile time...
