Apache 1.3.30 release candidate tarball available for testing

Works well on;

    - Red Hat Linux 7.2, 7.3, 8.0, & 9.0
    - Fedora Core 1 Linux
    - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 2.1, & 3.0
    - Slackware Linux 8.1, 9.0, 9.1, & -current

Works great on SCO OpenServer 5.0.7 and UnixWare 7.1.3.
