[VOTE RESULT] Jeff Painter to become a Jakarta Turbine committer

The vote to make Jeff Painter a committer to the Jakarta Turbine project 
has been passed with the following votes:

[5] +1 yes, accept Jeff as a Jakarta Turbine committer
[0] +0 don't care
[0] -1 no, don't accept Jeff as a Jakarta Turbine subproject

The 5 positive votes came from:
- Scott Eade (PMC)
- Jeffrey D. Brekke (PMC)
- Daniel Rall (PMC)
- Sean Legassick
- Eric Pugh (PMC)

I will notify the PMC and take whatever other action is required in 
order to complete this process.
