For Apache CouchDB support, you're best to contact the CouchDB community directly through our email list:

There is more information here http://couchdb.apache.org/#mailing-lists on how to subscribe & they'll be happy to help out.

This JIRA is used for managing the ASF's own internal infrastructure, not per-project support.
