[ANNOUNCE] Welcoming new Zeppelin PPMC and committer

Hi folks,

The Apache Zeppelin PPMC is happy to welcome new PPMC member and committer:
Mina Lee.

Mina Lee has been constantly contributing since last Oct including various
bug fixes, writing tutorials, updating homepage, improving gui and adding
new visualization.

We're very excited to have Mina Lee join the project as PPMC and committer.
