tomcat and SSI

hi,

I'm new to tomcat and I have a serious problem with the server
configuration.
How do I set up SSI ? I looked on /conf/web.xml, and it seems to be on.
Shall I copy the part concerning SSI in webapps/mysite/WEB-INF web.xml ?

Thanks
