Comdev has been establishing Apache Local Community (ALC)s to help local communities understand more about the ASF and its projects.

In order to keep the message consistent it would be good for us to have a standard set of introduction slides or master template  that can be translated into all the various languages.

The content would probably include some of the following
 * Intro to the ASF
 * Main Themes
 * ALC Introduction
 * Why Contribute
 * How to Contribute
