cloneSheet of the XSSFWorkbook-Object is not working well

The Method cloneSheet of the XSSFWorkbook-Object is not working well. If
there are formButton and comments in the original Sheet, the cloned Sheet
has not a copy of this formButton and comments. The excel extension is xlsm
(2007). Same thing working fine in 2003 (xls) using poi3.8.

Please advise.
