[I] Investigate how to make sure that "latest-camel-version" from pom.xml is kept actual [camel-upgrade-recipes]

JiriOndrusek opened a new issue, #97:

   The pom.xml contains
   
   ```
   <camel-latest-version>?.?.?</camel-latest-version>
   ```
   
   It has to be updated to the latest camel version before the release is started. 
   We should add it to the notes of the readme.adoc + ideally add some automatic way (test) to cover this.
