[GitHub] airavata-php-gateway pull request #19: resolved cloning project permissions ...

GitHub user jeffkinnison opened a pull request:

    resolved cloning project permissions issue

    - Users are now only able to see experiments that have been shared with them if they have access to the whole project
    - Cloning exception resolved
    - JavaScript permission updating now works correctly

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/jeffkinnison/airavata-php-gateway grouper-integration

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/airavata-php-gateway/pull/19.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
