I am not a commiter on the project, but I have uploaded a new bundle with the javax.inject-tck pom instead.
It's available here: http://repo.usikkert.net/bundle/javax.inject-tck-1-bundle.jar
Can you please give it a try? You can verify that the only change is the pom.xml (and the generated manifest). I took the pom.xml from javax.inject-tck-1.jar.
