Images?

Hi everyone,
 
 
I'm just getting to know Xindice, and it's working fine for me at the
moment. I'm thinking of building a JSP-based web interface that'll allow
people to add documents online; the thing I'm not sure about is how to
integrate images into documents when storing them in Xindice.
So, what I'm looking for:
- should I store the binary data inside the XML files?
- should I extract the images from the XML files and store them separately?
In Xindice?
- can you give me some sort of overview on how Xindice manages images and
other binaries?

You never should. Try finding an XML editing solution that supports this.

I'm not sure whether Xindice has BLOB support currently, nor would I 
find this a good solution.
