As per [https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IFk6m97JWZZzFC3UIlLf3sxnXgFoL-l89nqSGl8bE28/edit?usp=sharing], create a documentation article outlining Arrow's usage, touching at a very high level on multiple components, linking to relevant further reading. This has minimal explanation of what's actually happening, see [https://docs.dask.org/en/stable/10-minutes-to-dask.html] for inspiration.
