[jira] Created: (GERONIMO-2181) Cannot install plugin with
dependencies to a server without internet access
Cannot install plugin with dependencies to a server without internet access
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GERONIMO-2181
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-2181
Project: Geronimo
Type: Bug
Security: public (Regular issues)
Components: Plugins
Versions: 1.1
Reporter: Aaron Mulder
Fix For: 1.x
Even if you export or download a plugin and then use the command-line tool to install the plugin using the local copy, any dependencies must be downloaded. That means it's not possible to install a plugin to a server without internet access, etc. It should be possible to package the plugin with all its dependencies so one command against one file can install the plugin and all dependencies.
