Problem with bootstrap-ant and ant building...

Hi all,

When I'm building bootstrap build's ant correctly then the ant build checks
that it's dependencies exist (one of which is bootstrap) then promptly
deletes jakarta-ant.

Where should I look for the error.  I assume it's something to do with the
cygwin env I'm using otherwise nothing would work!
