code broken when upgrading from Eclipse Aether 0.9.0-M1 to 0.9.0-M2 (included in Maven 3.0-alpha-1) because of [Aether API change|https://github.com/eclipse/aether-core/commit/69a5ce45a2cca995161eab26c591785b1cb10df9]

need to fix that
