[ANNOUNCE] Richard Zang joins Apache Ambari PMC

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce that Richard Zang has joined the Apache Ambari PMC.
Richard has consistently contributed significant amount of code to the project over the past two years (more than 150 patches [1]).
In addition, he has been actively participating towards success of the project, such as being a release manager.

Richard, thanks for all the contributions thus far and we look forward to your continued involvement with the project.
We are excited to have you on the PMC.
