Hi Infra,

retaking this one, as we're close to graduate into tlp. After asking at legal and discussing at jspwiki-dev, we will need/use:

* http://jspwiki.apache.org/wiki to be the equivalent of http://www.jspwiki.org (content will be rebuilt from scratch, so it can be properly licensed)
* http://jspwiki.apache.org/docs to hold the contents of http://doc.jspwiki.org, as content can be safely transferred
* http://jspwiki.apache.org/sandbox to hold the contents of http://sandbox.jspwiki.org, which content is reset everyday

each of these will likely go to a separate tomcat instance on the ubuntu vm.

As for the original domain jspwiki.org, it's owner, Janne Jalkannen (JSPWiki creator), is willing to donate it to the ASF, but we don't know what steps are required to do so.
