Requested delete or archive https://github.com/apache/uima-as_old

Hi all,

I have opened an issue with INFRA to delete or archive https://github.com/apache/uima-as_old 

  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-24142

This repository seems to be an old duplicate of https://github.com/apache/uima-async-scaleout (which itself is pending archival, but I did not yet request it).
