Ability for user to specify whether authorization headers should be sent with initial request or not.

Ability for user to specify whether authorization headers should be sent with initial request or not will be added by the proposed patch for AXIS2C-757. Thereby the user now has a choice to whether his authorization header is sent only when it is required or whether it is sent always.
