                add_401_httpstatus_code_check.patch

Attached a rough patch for adding a 401 HTTP status code check to HttpSolrClient. Also added patch that enables basic HTTP authentication and authorization for streaming/jdbc. Neither of these patches fix authentication/authorization for streaming or JDBC, but its a rough start to start testing it.
