1) Added new tab "GL Account Category" under the "Global GL Settings" tab.
2) "GL Account Category" tab contain "Gl Account Category" Search options and "New Category"(Create new GL Account Category) tab.
3) In the search result of GL Account Category and click on the GlAccountCategoryId it will show two new sub tab of the "GL Account Category" and "GL Account Category Member".
3) "GL Account Category" for edit Gl Account Category.
4) "GL Account Categroy Member" for this tab:
   a) Add new GlAccountCategoryMember.
   b) Edit GlAccountCategoryMember.
