[Issue 125446] Error Message "Key not valid for use in specified state" during attempted installation

I tried to installed 4.1.1 (upgraded from 4.1.0) no luck.  I always get error. 
I use Windows 8.1.  I also not have KB2918614.  What should I do?  I like this
better than MS Words, etc...  Help me  Thanks
