Created a SalesforceHook that allows you to connect to Salesforce, retrieve data from it and write that data to a file.

The output file can then be used with other hooks and operators to move the data to another data warehouses.

This is the original GitHub repository I was using to house the hook and an operator: https://github.com/Jalepeno112/airflow-salesforce.
