guacenc used within web browser>

is it possible to have the videoget encoded temporarily, to be played on a
web browser, then deleted after done viewing it?

Well if I can figure out how to encode the video from within my client (if
possible?), I can figure out the rest(playing the video, and deleting it
once done)
