- UAC is on (default)
- Vista version is Ultimate, all important/critical patches installed from
Windows Update
I started (msiexec /i apache-xxx.msi) the installer from command prompt which
has administrator rights.
The installer doesn't report any errors but there's no Apache service to be seen
in services.msc. I tried this several times, got the same result every time
untill I tried the "All Users" option.
