Jetspeed Skins

Hi,

I read about a posting on Jetspeed skins.
I want to have the ability to let a web editor easily create multiple skins,
is there any howto etc... that can guide me, or how to tackle this.

As i understood skinning in Jetspeed is not that easy..
Please correct me if i am wrong!
