[Action2] cwiki outage

The SAF2 wiki seems to be down. It's a rainy day here, and I might get
a chance to do a nip of work, if we can bring it up again. :)

There is an ongong effort to setup a Confluence wiki on an ASF
machine, so we should be able to bring this in eventually, and use
Pier's macro to export the site to HTML.

Sorry, it should be fixed.  We just arrived in Sydney from New Zealand,
and you wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a computer that allows ssh
out (log file filled up and shut down apache).
