   I was under the impression that the name of Apache ZooKeeper Essentials will be used as a reference/citation in the Zookeeper documentation but when I looked at the PR https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/pull/1073 in more detail, it seems some content of the book is actually copy pasted into it. Although I am the author of the book, but the my publisher (Packt Publishing) is the actual copyright owner of the book. So, I would suggest that you take a written consent from the publishers before merging this PR.
