   CseApplicationListener 可以从这个类当入口跟踪一下源码 加载完成标志是会打印如下日志：
   Service Center: [http://127.0.0.1:30100]
   Config Center: not exist
   Kie Center: [http://127.0.0.1:30110]
   monitor center: [http://127.0.0.1:30109]
   App ID: demo-java-chassis-cse-v2
   Service Name: provider
   Version: 4.0.0

   Registration implementations:
