svn repository down?

Am I the only who can't reach http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ right now??
Or is the repository down?

Hah!  I didn't know that existed - pretty cool.  I admit to not even 
looking at the command line - just the subclipse plugin :)

Try:   svn switch --relocate https:// http://

(Unless you already did. :) )

Seems like http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ is back, but 
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ is down.

I attempted to 'svn switch' my checkouts from the https url to the http 
url but no dice.  Apparently the svn client needs to connect to the 
https url in order to make the switch.
